What I collect
Only what you send me by email: your address and whatever you write. The site has no forms and collects nothing else from you.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and, if you hire me, to prepare a proposal or contract. I do not use your details for marketing and I do not sell or share them. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering messages.
Who processes it
Email to this domain is forwarded by Cloudflare and stored by my email provider (Google). The site runs on a rented server behind Cloudflare, both of which keep standard access logs.
How long
I keep enquiries for as long as the conversation or the work lasts, and delete them on request.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising scripts. Visits are counted with Umami, an analytics tool that uses no cookies and does not identify you; if your browser sends Do Not Track, your visit is not counted. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at hello@mariopetkov.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
